It's a....??

For those of you who do not want to know the gender until the baby pops out in December, don't read this post! :-)

So we had the big ultrasound today and above is another picture of the baby. Both the ultrasound technician and the doctor agreed on the gender, and it's a .....girl! They were able to see some female parts (although how they see anything still amazes us) and so they feel confident that it's a girl.

They said that everything looks good for the most part, but they want us to go see a pediatric cardiologist because they couldn't get a good look at one of the valves on the heart and they want to just double check that it's fine (they thought it looked smaller than the other one). But the baby was moving around a lot so they couldn't get a good picture of it. We are staying optimistic that everything is fine, especially since she was really wiggling around.

We do have a name picked out, but we are keeping that a secret until she is born, so you will just have to keep inventing names until December! But sorry Karl, it definitely won't be Alowicious (spelling??) since it's a girl! :-)
